With the MMBA marriage conference on the horizon, it is the perfect time to begin training marriage mentors in your church. MMBA is blessed to have two people in MMBA churches associated with the MREC, whose heart is to strengthen marriage.
The Marriage & Relationship Education Center (MREC), together with Pastor Bill Brown of Westminster Baptist, will guide seasoned couples through a new mentor training program, Care and Grow. This will equip them to biblically and practically come alongside younger couples in six key areas of marriage:
- Oneness & Spiritual Growth
- Communication
- Conflict Resolution
- Finances
- Sexual Intimacy
- Family Dynamics
