CrossLife Community Church – Open to All
CrossLife Community Church is launching a 5-month marriage ministry beginning February 15 at 4:00 p.m. This ministry is open to couples from MMBA churches, as well as MMBA church staff who are interested in developing a marriage ministry within their own congregations.
Couples will meet once a month in person. In the weeks between meetings, participants will complete homework assignments designed to strengthen relationships, reinforce each lesson, and provide practical, real-life applications. The Marriage and Relationship Education Center (MREC) has a great opportunity for churches to champion marriage and is asking churches and couples to join us in the Marriage Challenge.
During National Marriage Week, February 7-14, MREC is challenging churches to do one or all:
- Plan a Date Night– We can help with our Date Night Tool Kit.
- Promote Upcoming Livestreams– Each day of National Marriage Week some of the biggest names in marriage are hosting a livestream – for FREE.
- Offer a Couple Checkup: The checkup is through Prepare Enrich (for $35) and is well worth it! MREC is offering one complimentary couples’ coaching session with a trained MREC coach to go over growth areas.
- Offer a Blessing– Pray over marriages at the worship service on Sunday, Feb. 7.
