Each group is shaped by the pastors who participate, allowing conversations, topics, and discussions to focus on the needs and challenges most relevant to those serving in ministry. The On Missions Council (OMC) meets regularly to strengthen cooperation in advancing the Great Commission. These meetings provide opportunities to share ministry updates, discuss mission strategies, build partnerships, and encourage one another as we work together to reach our communities and the nations with the gospel.
The Directors of Missions (DOMs) Fellowship is a monthly gathering of Directors of Missions from the Baptist Convention of Maryland/Delaware (BCMD).
