BCMD Offering New Health Insurance Plan

Home  /  Uncategorized  /  BCMD Offering New Health Insurance Plan

The BCMD is working toward a group health plan that will save Maryland/Delaware churches a lot of money on health insurance premiums.

I want to encourage ALL churches in the MMBA to send a representative to one of the following meetings to learn more about this plan.

This plan may be implemented in just a matter of a few months if sufficient numbers of church staff enroll. Target – 300 enrollees.

See information below.

One of the most difficult issues that many of our churches face is finding high-quality health coverage at a reasonable rate. For this reason, we are excited to be initiating a new health plan that is available to full-time staff members of cooperating churches affiliated with the Baptist Convention of Maryland and Delaware. By cooperating together, churches will be able to access better care at a lower rate than most would be able to secure on their own.

We will be holding several meetings in the coming weeks to discuss the details of the new Baptist Convention of Maryland & Delaware Health Plan:

Port Deposit, MD 21904

February 21, 2020, at 11:00 am

February 27, 2020, at 12 noon

February 28, 2020 at 11:00am

Our prayer is that this would be an opportunity that blesses our churches physically and financially as we seek to work together to bring the Gospel to Maryland, Delaware, and the nations for Christ’s glory.
